If you are wondering if dental SEO is right for you? Here is a Dental SEO case study of a client my team has helped with.
You’ve embraced online marketing, revamped your website, and are now looking at what comes next.
Getting your site to appear high up in search engine results pages should be the next step. But, how do you do that? What keywords should you use? Should you write blogs?
Below, learn how we increased local visibility for a dental clinic in the Twin Cities which led to over 60 new patient leads last month.
Dental SEO Case Study Of Our Client
Issue: This client had tried other forms of digital marketing before but didn’t see much success.
They came to our agency looking for help to increase their new patient lead flow and grow their rankings and overall visibility in the Twin Cities for the common dental keywords (dentist, dental office, cosmetic dentist, Invisalign, etc.).
Strategy: Our strategy was to focus on local optimizations as well as content creation in order to grow their Google My Business presence in the Maps Pack.
We worked on the common SEO tasks like on-page optimizations (title tags, meta descriptions, H1 tags), we also made sure citations were created and cleaned as needed, the GMB listing was optimized appropriately with the correct categorization, weekly Google Posts, image optimization, products and services added, and more (we don’t want to give too much away!).
We realized the competition wasn’t taking advantage of Schema Markup, so we implemented Schema across the site on the valuable pages to influence our connection with Google and also our local rankings.
And, of course, we created thoughtful, authoritative content around the client’s services and commonly asked questions related to those services.
We also optimized existing service pages that were on the site to make them more beneficial for SEO and overall visibility.
Outcome: When we first started, their Google My Business listing was getting around 4,000 views per month (4,370 to be exact!).
Last month, their listing got 41,779 views – which is a 856.041% increase over 9 months. That means that over 1,392 people viewed our client’s GMB listing each day! Organic traffic increased from 1,682 users per month to 3,039. These increases led to 68 conversions from the website, 169 phone calls, and one very happy client!
